For organisers of recurring nights, and the acts they book

Most tools only give you a dashboard. This one does the work for you.

CrowdRelay does the work around every night — partner letters, listings, the door sheet, the thank-you the morning after — and tells you, per act, how many people came and came back. Inside limits you set, with a record of what it changed. You approve, or you let it run.

Spotify and Bandsintown count as listening and show signal, not as fans.

How a night works

Your night, done: three weeks before to a week after

One dated list per night. Each step is prepared for you and waits for one yes.

  1. −21 days

    Partners in the city

We look up the venues, media and communities around the show and draft a short letter to each. You approve, you send.

  2. −14 days

    Listings

Text for every place the night is announced, ready to paste, with a box to tick once it is up.

  3. −7 days

    The door sheet

An A4 sheet for the door: a QR code, the offer everyone gets on the spot, and the facts of the night.

  4. The night

    Stage line and door scan

One line for the stage, and a door scan in the app that keeps working offline. Every scan is a person counted.

  5. +1 day

    The morning after

A thank-you to everyone who opted in, in the act’s own voice, with what was promised at the door.

  6. +7 days

    The report

People added and people back, per act, with how many each number rests on. When the evidence is thin, it says so.

How it works

Four things, on a loop. Your data, never the product.

  1. 01

    It builds the fan graph

Discord, forums, press, the door at last night’s show, the email list you already have. One record per person, with what they did and what they consented to, not a spreadsheet per platform. Spotify and Bandsintown add listening and show signal, never people.

  2. 02

It decides what is worth doing

Every cycle it evaluates 26 bounded contexts and ranks what would move the number you chose. The decision is deterministic and written down: what it saw, what it expected, why this over that.

  3. 03

It acts inside limits you set

Observe, recommend, ask permission, or act alone — per context, with a confidence floor and a daily cap. The strictest limit wins. Nothing reaches a person at a level you did not grant.

  4. 04

It measures, then argues with itself

A randomised holdout claims full credit; a correlation claims a tenth and leaves the rest unattributed. What it learns changes what it does next — and it tells you when it made things worse.

What it proves

A system you can audit

Anything can claim to be an agent. The question is whether it can tell you what it did, why, and whether it worked.

The thing per-artist tools cannot do

When one platform holds every artist’s fan graph, one artist’s audience can find another’s — through an explicit consent edge that is capped, revocable and audited. Not a shared list. A permission, with a limit on how often it may be used and a record of every time it was.

No collection of single-artist tools can offer this, because none of them can see across the roster.

Diagram: artist A’s release is routed to artist B’s consenting fans through a consent edge capped at two uses a week. Fans who have not consented are never reached. The edge’s log shows two uses in a week and the third held because the cap was reached.

What this is not

Every claim above is one you can check inside the product. Here is the other half, so you do not have to find it yourself.

It is not a follower machine

It will not buy, farm or fake anything. It finds people who already care and gives them a reason to stay. If you want a number to go up this week, buy ads.

It is not hands-off on day one

From day one it drafts and measures on its own; everything that would reach a person or spend money waits for your yes. You read what it asks for, then grant it more room. Teams that skip that step do not trust it later.

It is young

One tenant in production, and every week of its history is on record, decision by decision. That is why your first night is free.

CrowdRelay runs in production for Virya — our first tenant. Every decision and every action it takes is recorded with its reason. Ask us and we will walk you through that record before you sign up.

Questions

The ones worth asking before you pay

What does it cost?

Organisers: the first night is free, then 149 zł a night or 449 zł a month. A done-with-you services month is 449 zł, or 900 zł with presale handled by hand on your own ticketer. A performer seat is free under four nights a month; at four or more it is 79 zł a month, after two free nights. A manager pays 210 zł a month for three acts. Every price is also listed in euros on the pricing page. A paid receipt for managers and labels is 149 zł per show the campaign serves. All prices are net, plus VAT, invoiced by WB Soft Wojciech Bator. Per night, per show or per month only: never a share of ad spend, never per fan, never per sale.

How do I start?

Book a call. We set up the workspace with you, connect your channels and agree the limits it works inside — what it may do on its own and what waits for your yes — before it acts on anything. The first night is free, so you see it work on a real night before you pay anything.

Can it post or email people without asking me?

No. Drafting, research and measurement run on their own, and none of that reaches a person or spends money. Every post, message, email and ad change waits for your approval, and a person on your team sends it. Sending without a person may come later, one channel at a time, only after you have approved its drafts unedited, with no complaint, and only when you switch it on. A complaint or a removed post pauses it at once.

Where does the fan data live, and who owns it?

In the EU, in a database scoped to your tenant, and you do. Each fan is on an act's list by their own opt-in for that act, consent is recorded per fan and per channel, you can export your list at any time, and closing your workspace deletes the data within 30 days — the audit trail of platform actions survives, because that is what an audit trail is for.

What if it does not work for us?

Results are reported, never promised: each report says what the night brought, in people, and says so plainly when the answer is not yet clear. The first night is free, which is how you find out. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
