Terms of Service
The agreement between your team and WB Soft for using CrowdRelay: subscription, acceptable use, data ownership and liability.

1. Provider
CrowdRelay is operated by WB Soft Wojciech Bator, ul. Braniborska 50/2, 53-680 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8943126279 ("Provider", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@crowdrelay.music.
2. The service
CrowdRelay does the work around live music nights for organisers, performers, managers and labels. For each night it prepares the plan and the material (listings, partner letters in the act's own words, a door sheet), keeps a guest list and a QR code per act, counts people at the door, and reports per act what the night brought, leading with people added and people back. It suggests what to try for the next night.
Anything the service sends to a person, publishes or spends is done only after a person on your team approves it. Fans join an act's list only by their own choice, with a separate unticked box per act; each act owns its list, and an organiser sees counts per act, not another act's names. Where you connect an ad account, CrowdRelay reads spend and results and reports what each campaign brought in people at the door; it does not change your campaigns. The service keeps an auditable record of every decision and change it makes. Results are reported, never promised.
3. Subscription & pricing
Pricing is published at crowdrelay.music/pricing. All prices exclude VAT. Prices are net, plus VAT, invoiced by WB Soft Wojciech Bator. Prices are per night, per show or per month; never a share of ad spend, never per fan, never per sale. Your first night is free. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up and maintaining your workspace.
- Connect only data sources you have the right to access — your own fan data, social accounts, and platforms you manage or are authorised to act on.
- Connect only the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Meta ad accounts your team administers, and follow the Meta Platform Terms for everything CrowdRelay does with them for you.
- Use fan data in compliance with applicable law, including GDPR, ePrivacy, and platform terms of service.
- Set authority limits that reflect your judgement about what the system may do without your approval.
- Review audit logs periodically and report any unexpected behaviour.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use CrowdRelay to send unsolicited spam or engage in deceptive practices.
- Aggregate or contact fans who have not consented to being contacted through the channels you use.
- Use the service to harass, discriminate, or harm individuals.
- Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent the control plane's access controls.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written agreement.
6. Data ownership
You own your fan data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under the GDPR. We do not sell your fan data to third parties. We do not use your fan data to train models for other tenants. LLM workers process data only to gather intelligence and draft content for your workspace — the deterministic brain decides, not the LLM.
On subscription termination, you may export your fan data in a structured format for 30 days. After 30 days, we delete your fan data and all derived records, subject to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect a connected account at any time in the console. We stop reading it at once and delete the access it gave us. Deleting what we already read from it follows Data deletion.
7. Service availability
We commit to 99.5% monthly availability of the control plane and API. Availability is measured per calendar month and excludes the daily maintenance window (05:00–07:00 Europe/Warsaw), other planned maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance, and outages or decisions of third-party platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, email providers). If availability falls below 99.5% in a month, you receive a service credit on your next invoice of 10% of that month's fee for each full percentage point below 99.5%, up to 100% of that month's fee. Ask for the credit within 30 days of the month's end. The service credit is your sole remedy for unavailability, except where the outage was caused intentionally. Fan-facing surfaces (your public pages, ticket links) are designed to survive a CrowdRelay outage without disruption.
8. Intellectual property
CrowdRelay, its source code, design and documentation remain the property of WB Soft. Fan data, content you create through the platform, and your brand assets remain yours. LLM-generated drafts are yours to use, edit, or discard. The deterministic decision engine and its audit records are part of the service and not transferable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of fan data caused by your failure to maintain backups or set appropriate authority limits.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription; a monthly plan ends with the paid month. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your account is inactive for 12 months, or if required by law. On termination, fan data is deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Information about out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available from UOKiK.
